These terms
These terms of service govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By completing checkout you accept them. If any part is unclear, ask before ordering rather than after.
Who may order
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Age is confirmed at checkout and may be confirmed again at delivery. Orders placed on behalf of someone under 18 will be cancelled, and we may ask for identification before releasing an order.
Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars, and the price displayed at checkout is the price charged. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where the law requires it; where no tax line appears, none has been collected. Prices can change and listings can be withdrawn, but a change after you order does not alter the price of that order.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when the order is placed. If an item is unavailable, is listed with an obvious pricing error, or cannot be shipped to your address, we will cancel that part of the order and refund it in full.
Shipping
Shipping options, timeframes and charges are set out in our shipping policy, and any state-level restrictions are described in our shipping restrictions page. Dispatch times are estimates, not commitments, and delays caused by a carrier or by address errors are outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Unopened items can be returned under the conditions in our returns and refunds policy; opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds that pass that check are issued to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days of the returned item being received and checked. Damaged or incorrect items are handled under the same policy.
Warranty
Motor items carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The length of that warranty and the procedure for a claim must be confirmed by the operator before this store accepts live orders. The warranty does not cover wear, damage from misuse, exposure of a non-waterproof item to water, or normal decline in battery capacity.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer. Items must be used only as described in the listing, and only by adults.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy and our cookie policy, which form part of these terms.
Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, write to us first and give us a chance to put it right; most problems are settled in one exchange. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled under the law of the operator’s place of business, which must be confirmed by the operator before live orders, and you retain any right to bring a claim in your own local courts.
