Age Verification Policy

Adults only

This store sells adult products and is restricted to customers aged 18 and over. Nothing on this site is intended for, marketed to, or sold to anyone under 18.

Confirmation at checkout

Before an order can be completed you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the delivery address is one where an adult can receive the parcel. That confirmation is stored with the order record. We may ask for a government-issued photo identification showing your date of birth before releasing an order, and we may decline or cancel an order where age cannot be confirmed.

Confirmation at delivery

The carrier may require an adult signature at the delivery address for orders flagged by our age check. Parcels will not be handed to anyone who appears to be under 18. If an adult is not available, the carrier may return the parcel to the depot or to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the item value.

If verification fails

Where an order is cancelled because age could not be confirmed, any payment taken is refunded in full to the original method. Repeated attempts to order on behalf of a minor will result in the account and address being blocked.

Data used for verification

Identification is used only to confirm age and is not retained beyond the check unless we are required to keep a record of the order itself. How long order records are held is described in our privacy policy.

Fraud and chargebacks

Orders placed with false age information may be reported, and the payment provider may be notified of a suspected fraudulent transaction.
