Where these products can be shipped

HUSHWELL ships within the United States only. We do not ship to minors, to addresses outside the country, or to any jurisdiction where the sale of an adult product is prohibited.

State and local restrictions

Some states and municipalities regulate the sale, shipment or display of adult products, and the rules differ between them and change from time to time. The current list of restricted destinations, and the exact wording of any restriction that applies, must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders. Until that list is published here we do not guess at it, and if an order reaches us for a destination we cannot lawfully ship to, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Age rules at the destination

You must be 18 or over to order, and in some places the minimum age is higher. Where a destination requires a higher age, that requirement applies to your order. The age confirmation you give at checkout covers both the purchase and the person receiving the parcel.

Carrier rules

Carriers apply their own limits on what they will carry and where, and they may require an adult signature. If a carrier refuses a parcel because of a destination rule, the order is cancelled and refunded, and we will tell you which rule applied.

Freight forwarders and reshipping

Orders placed through a freight forwarder or reshipping service are made at your own risk. Once a parcel reaches a forwarder, the delivery address is no longer one we can verify, and restrictions that apply at the final destination are your responsibility to check. We cannot replace a parcel that a forwarder loses or that is seized at a border.

What we will not do

We will not relabel a parcel to disguise its contents, understate a value for customs or carrier purposes, or ship to a destination on the restricted list. Requests of that kind are declined.
